These are the twin plates that rust out & fail located in the Timing Cover housing behind the water pump..... long discontinued by GM for the early Pontiac V8 Series. Used on engines with "EIGHT BOLT WATER PUMPS".. ie.. 64-68 produced Pontiac V8 with 389, 326, 350 & 400. Each Set is STAINLESS STEEL.. for LONG life use. This is a pair set as needed.
